The following excerpt from the Procedure Manual is provided for your convenience:

D. Delegates

Delegates to the Annual Meeting are elected by the respective Chapters in accordance with Chapter Bylaws Article VII, Section 1. B.

The number of delegates shall be determined in accordance with Corporate Bylaws, Article V, Section 4.
Following election at a Chapter business meeting, each Chapter shall send a list of delegates to the Corporate Office in accordance with the delegate credential letter (Form 6) along with the required delegate fee for each delegate by August 10. If the Chapters’ delegate names and fees are not received by this date, those delegates will only become credentialed by vote of the delegate body at the Delegate Session.

Proposed delegates to the Annual Meeting shall be posted to the membership in writing prior to the Chapter business meeting at which they will be elected. Recommended qualifications include:
- a. Shall have been a representative for at least two (2) years.
- b. Firm represented by delegate shall have been a member for at least two years.
- c. Shall have attended no less than one (1) Annual Meeting prior to selection.
- d. Chapters may reassign delegates/alternates until September 1.
